Terms & Conditions

1)     Rates are applicable for One Tally Serial Number Only; All Add-ons are for Tally Prime Licensed Software with Valid TSS Subscription.

2)     Minor Queries or Bugs or Errors will be solved within 48 working Hours & Major will depend on Company Response.   

3)     Payment 100% in Advance, product(s)/file(s) will be Activated/Send by Email only after full Payment cleared. Asking again file(s) will be chargeable with extra cost of making & sending, Part Payment, Advance Part Payment, Advance Payment more than quoted/billed will not considered, till complete cleared, Any Advance payment will not be refundable or not adjustable with other project, if not ready to buy or to pay balance dues, invoice will raise for advance payment only and GST/taxes will applicable additionally, and project file will not provide till balance paid, Invoice will provide by E-mail only, No printed copy will provide, We have not responsible for provided incorrect GST Number & Details after generated invoice, it will not to do any kind of modification to the invoice after sent.   

4)     If Payment through Bank is subject to realization, and if returned/not cleared, Bank charges will bear by buyer, and Total Amount (Including Bank Charges) must pay by Cash/Online only, No Invoice raise for Bank Charges or other                    Charges.

5)     Renewal Charges of Add-ons after One Year is applicable, Rate of Renewal Charges of Add-ons will change as applicable & effect immediately.

6)     Any changes, up-gradation, or any modification will be done with additional charges. Change in Tally Prime Release effecting Add-ons also done with additional charges.

7)     Ready Standard Available Add-on with Fix Price & any additional changes in it will be charged extra. And Specific Customized Add-on, as per requirements, must be given in written or by email only, and after finalized Price,

        if any additional requirements or changes minor or major, will be done with extra Charges.

8)     Any Technical support or Help on Add-ons will be for 30 Days Only, No Refund, Exchange, Credit or Replacement after Sales & full version file provided with invoice, We will not support for Tally Application, Tally Data, or Operating                    System issue.

9)     Company has no responsibility for Data Loss (if occurs) using Add-ons, as advised take tally data backup regularly. we have not responsible if Add-on not work due to attached any other Add-on(s), or changes in OS or Systems.

10)     We are checking and testing All Add-ons before sending, with Tally Prime Latest Release only, we will check & test Add-on with other release if asked in written in advance., and there is no check & test of Add-ons with On Cloud or RDP Softwares, hance there is no surity of On Cloud or RDP supports our customized Tally Add-on.

11)     For Add-ons Guidlines, how to install and its features, We support by phone, or online using PC Access, Visiting charges for any types of support is applicable for Ahmedabad Local city only, we will not visit out of Ahmedabad. Visiting                charges must pay in advance, and it will attend within 48 business hours or may extend further if any In-convenience circumstances.

12)     Customized Add-ons created as per requirement given in written or by email, and it is satisfied, confirmed with trial period, after agreed price full paid & invoice generated, no disputes will entertained, and if any changes done will be                  with extra cost to pay.

13)     Any Supporting software's or files like .dll or .exe provided with Customized Add-ons is developed by other programmers, will not change or modify by us, and there will not any surity will work if any update, changes aries in your system            or in Tally Prime.

14)     Computer viruses can be transmitted via email or web downloads. The recipient should check email, any attachments, online download files from website, for the presence of viruses. The company accepts no liability for any damage                caused by any virus transmitted by email or downloaded files.

15)     All terms and conditions may update, change at anytime with immediate effect and acceptable for previous and future transactions.

16)     All Logo’s, TM, Pictures, and designs is used for Demonstration purpose only, and are of their respective owners.
